Michael and Jackie's Engagement Shoot

When my soon-to-be sister in law Jackie asked me to do her engagement photos I almost wet myself with excitement!

This would be my first "official" shoot with real grown ups!

No begging my subjects to turn toward the camera!
No crawling on my belly over piles of leaves and dirt!
No bribing with candy!

I felt like a real photographer on this beautiful fall day in October.

My brother in law Micheal and his fiance Jackie have been together for nearly 8 years. Their love is the solid and true kind. They met in college and have been together ever since. Needless to say, our family was beyond
excited when Michael proposed to Jackie. Okay....I was really excited. I couldn't ask for a better sister in law than Jackie. I honestly feel like we are real sisters and I'm so blessed to have her in my life!
